You can find if your site has been infected by signing in to your Google Webmsater Tools. To check the information you need to verify your site ownership with Google

Here are the Steps To Check Malware or Other Security Issues

1) Sign in to Google Webmaster Tools with your Gmail account.
2) Go to Webmasters Tool home page, then click the site you want to check
3) Then on the dashboard Go to Security Issues
